• All items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Item(s) ordered can be cancelled for a refund up to 4 hours after purchase.
• Anytime after 4 hours, item(s) cannot be cancelled and will be delivered to the provided address for the order.

To cancel an order please follow these instructions listed below.

1. Fill out our contact form here and be sure to include:

• Name
• Email
• Message - here is where you will list your Order number and Phone Number.

After you send please allow 24-48 hours for your cancelled order to be refunded to you. 

If any further information is needed, we will reach out to you via email or phone number provided.

• Refund on cancelled orders will only be issued up to 4 (four) hours after purchase.
• Refund will only be issued in the amount of purchases item(s).  Sales Tax and Shipping Costs are non refundable. 
• Refund will be issued to back to the original form of payment only. 

• Item(s) are processed 1-2 business days after order has been placed.
• Shipping address provided by customer cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please ensure that the address is accurate when placing an order. 
• After order is processed,  please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped to the provided address. 
• Email notifications will be sent out each step of the way. Notifications are to enable you to view progress and to track your order.
• An email notification will be sent to you when your order has been picked up from the carrier and being shipped to you.
